Mosby Heritage Area Audio Tapes: Tape 2

The folks at Mosby Heritage Area commissioned two taped tours of the Northern Virginia area roamed by Confederate partisan John Singleton Mosby during the war. Each cassette takes the driver step-by-step and turn-by-turn through beautiful Virginia Piedmont landscapes, many of which are little changed since the war. Each tape is narrated by historian Robert O'Neill and features an introduction by Willard Scott.

Tape 2, "Historical Events of the Mosby 43rd Virginia Battalion," covers 1863-1865, 25 miles, and 10 Mosby-related sites and adventures from Fairfax to Fauquier County. Includes Aldie, Middleburg, Truro Church and Atoka.
